Life
I am medically retired from Union 76 Oil Company. When the Chicago Refinery blew up in 1984 I was taking my two days off. I was working swing shift and the last 4 to 12 shift I worked was on Sunday, thus giving me Monday and Tuesday off. Bob and I will be celebrating our 42nd aniversary on July 4th this year. We have 5 children, and 13 grandchildren with another on the way. All of my children are in good occupations. Bobby Jr. is a Tankerman with a hazardous materials license...Expand for more
(he loads and unloads river bardges), Janice is my Carpenter, Dale is an OD. He is practicing medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He went into the Anesthetic field. Joseph is an over the road Truck Driver. Wilbert is a Butcher working in a small butcher shop. Bob retired from Caterpillar seven years ago and so we just enjoy each others company. I also paint ceramics and make my own soap and bath salts. I also crochet and have made afgans for all of my children, grandchildren, and friends.
